Alfred Pennyworth is more than just Bruce Wayne's butler. Ever since Bruce was a child, Alfred has been both an advisor and friend (as well as making sure that Bruce eats properly). When Bruce becomes Batman, Alfred is worried for him but helps in any way he can, including cleaning the Batcave!

Suit gives Alfred the appearance of a mild-mannered butler, but villains should not underestimate this former secret agent! 

As former military man, Alfred is just as comfortable handling a firearm as a tea tray.

POWERS 

Alfred's life before he became a butler gave him many useful abilities. His time in the army taught him hand-to-hand combat, marksmanship, and basic medical skills. Later, going into acting, he became an expert in disguise and learned spycraft while working as a British secret agent. 

DECOY BATMAN

When the misguided metahuman calling himself Gotham threatens to destroy the city, Batman asks Alfred to do him a very special favor. Alfred will become Batman just for a short time to distract Gotham and give the real Dark Knight enough time to save the day. Putting on the Batsuit and driving the Batmobile, Alfred ponders the many challenges he must face in  looking after Bruce Wayne.
